چکیده
Abstract Moringa oleifera seed and leaf are used traditionally for the treatment of various health problems (among others, hypertension, scrapes, skin infection, diabetes, genitourinary illnesses), to boost immune system, as well act a contraceptive. In this study, antibacterial activity M. extracts on three-gram negative bacteria was investigated, phytochemical analysis association with active constituents in plant determined. Moreover, understanding mechanism action achieved by applying Auto Dock Vina technique. The screening exhibited presence alkaloids, carbohydrates, cardioactive glycosides, flavonoids, tannins, phenols, steroids terpenoids. silico results revealed that compounds (4-O-caffeoyl quinic acid, 4-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxyl)-benzylisothiocyanate); (Isoquercitrin, 4-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy) benzyl glucosinolate); (Astragalin, glucosinolate) from have highest binding affinity very good interactions Transcriptional Activator Protein (LasR), Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC), Malonyl-CoA-acyl carrier protein transacylase (FabD), respectively.

In this study antimicrobial effects of Salivia mirzayanii and Saliva atropatana were evaluated against six gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria by immersion bioautography, cylinder plate and tube dilution methods separately. In bioautography method, essential oils of Salvia mirzayanii and Salvia atropatana were separated on silicagel TLC plates by toluene-ethyl acetate (93-7). In cylander p...
